Adopt-A-Family for Christmas
Now through December 18 & 24
It's the most wonderful time of the year, and the time we usually celebrate Christmas with our Family Promise guests. However, due to obvious reasons, as well as some good ones—Family Promise just Graduated from both families in their care—we are looking to provide Christmas for families-in-need this year in a new way!
In partnership with Family Promise and the residents of Wenonah, we have taken on eight families to help with the holidays! Wenonah has taken four of the families and we have taken four! We will be purchasing presents for the children (and some for the parents) to make Christmas bright and to help our neighbors and friends. AND YOU CAN HELP!
If you are interested in helping a local family have a nice Christmas you will do the following:
1. Pick out a person(s) or a whole family
2. Contact Sean & Nancy, to let them know who you are taking
Or call them at 609.405.5513
3. Buy requested gift(s), wrap them, and label them with the person's name
Note: we are encouraging a $50 cap for gifts
4. Get present(s) to Sean & Nancy (drop off preferred; contact for pick-up)
5. The gifts will be delivered!
We at Holy Trinity Wenonah are fortunate that we can share the many blessings that God has gifted us. This is a wonderful chance to share Christmas with some others who are truly in need of some of our support. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
Note: Fr. Ben will be purchasing gifts for the parents of the kids. If you want to help in addition to what he is doing, please CONTACT HIM to coordinate plans.
